Kids spend an average of 946 hours in school per year. Needless to say, teachers are such an important and integral part of our kids’ lives. They – along with parents – help to shape the type of adults those children will become. Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to say THANK YOU or “thanks a latte” and show appreciation for your child’s teachers.

Valentines Day Teacher Card and treat pops

I can’t think of any teacher who wouldn’t love a gift card to his or her favorite, local coffee shop. It’s a small gesture, but it’s one that creates a special moment for your child’s teacher to take time for themselves to enjoy a hot cup of Joe or tea. Today, I am sharing the super cute card for the coffee-loving teacher (or anyone you want to show your appreciation for this Valentine’s Day) below. Just print, cut out, and using a little tape – attach the coffee shop gift card right to the card.

Along with a little something for the teachers, we like to take something fun for the kids as well. This year, we filled a special, personalized baking pan with a variety of home baked goodies and bite-sized treats. The bonus? The teacher can keep the pan after the kids enjoy their treats.
