If you’re craving cookies, you can satisfy that craving without even having to touch an oven. Oatmeal cookie shots are just a mix and a shake away.

Oatmeal is one of the most popular cookies in America, so much so that there are even two holidays for them. National Lacy Oatmeal Cookie Day is on March 18th and shortly after, National Oatmeal Cookie Day follows on April 30th. Lacy oatmeal cookies are just as they sound: a thin lace-like version of regular oatmeal cookies, and just as delicious.

Oatmeal cookies shots taste great, and surprisingly do a good job simulating the flavor of a real oatmeal cookie. It’s like an oatmeal cookie in liquid form, but without any cookies or oatmeal in sight–which is pretty amazing. These drinks are so great, we couldn’t only share one recipe!

We created three unique recipes: the classic oatmeal cookie shot, the oatmeal-raisin cookie shot, and the oatmeal cookie cocktail. Whether you prefer shooters or would rather sip on your drinks, there are options for both!

Classic Oatmeal Cookie Shot

This classic oatmeal cookie shot is so easy to make, you won’t be able to have just one!

Ingredients:
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
1 part Goldschläger Cinnamon Schnapps
1 part Butterscotch Schnapps

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1  Preparing a shot is very simple. Start by choosing a recipe, and filling your shaker with ice.

Step 2 – Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Put on the lid and give it a few shakes to evenly combine and chill the liquids.

Step 3 – Then strain your mixed drink into some shot glasses and enjoy!

Tip – If you don’t have any Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps, you can substitute it with a dusting of ground cinnamon on top of your shot. The regular shot recipes are easy to remember and also scale since it’s one equal part for each of the liquids.

If you want to try a more complex shot or cocktail, here are two more recipes to inspire you. Like the classic oatmeal cookie shot, these both have a creamy base of Baileys with spicy accents of Jägermeister or Goldschläger. Get mixing, and enjoy!

Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Shot

Ingredients:

1 part Jägermeister Herbal Liqueur

1 part Baileys Irish Cream

1 part Goldschläger Cinnamon Schnapps

1 part Rum

1 part Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur

Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail

Ingredients:

3/4 ounce Jägermeister Herbal Liqueur

1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

1/2 ounce Butterscotch Liqueur

1-1/2 ounce Half & Half

If you’re celebrating a cookie holiday with a group, perhaps the cocktail version above might be a better fit. This version is a little more thinned out with the inclusion of half & half, but still carries the same great flavor of the cookie shots.
