Ingredients:

¾ pounds pre-cooked meat

2 cups cheese

1 can beans (optional)

3 cups tortilla chips

1 diced tomato

Cilantro

Guacamole

Sour cream

Salsa

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange chips in a baking dish or on a rimmed cookie sheet.
  3. Pre-cook your meat of choice.
  4. Layer cooked meat, cheese and beans on top of chips.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with cold ingredients like guacamole, sour cream, and tomatoes.
