¾ pounds pre-cooked meat
2 cups cheese
1 can beans (optional)
3 cups tortilla chips
1 diced tomato
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange chips in a baking dish or on a rimmed cookie sheet.
- Pre-cook your meat of choice.
- Layer cooked meat, cheese and beans on top of chips.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Top with cold ingredients like guacamole, sour cream, and tomatoes.
