THE CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAIN ACT Provide Creations, Inc. supports the goals of the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act and believes that employees should always be treated with dignity and respect by their employers and under no circumstances is it acceptable for child, forced or trafficked labor to be used or for employees to be deprived of fundamental human rights.

Provide Creations, Inc. has Standards for Supplier Conduct that prohibits forced labor and other abuses of fundamental human rights, and mandates that suppliers be socially accountable and comply with all applicable laws within their country of operation. Highlighted below are the five pillars of the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act, followed by the actions we are taking to address each one:

1. Verification We monitor, visit and audit the factories of suppliers that supply our private label products on an annual basis to ensure that our partners demonstrate continued compliance with our Standards for Supplier Conduct. These assessments are conducted by either our trained quality team or an accredited third party auditing firm or other approved auditing body.

2. Auditing
In connection with our vendor onboarding process, we require every new supplier that supplies private label products to provide a report of an audit conducted within the last one year by an accredited third party auditing firm or other approved auditing body that confirms that the supplier complies with our Standards for Supplier Conduct. Suppliers that are unable to provide such report are required to go through our internal audit process to ensure compliance with our Standards for Supplier Conduct, which includes a review of the supplier's policies and practices relating to labor standards, wages and hours, health and safety, management systems, and work environment. Thereafter, we require an annual audit to be performed by such suppliers to ensure continued compliance with our Standards for Supplier Conduct.

If wed confirm violations of our standards or law, we address them based on the severity of the identified violation. That response can include, among other things, a Corrective Action Plan to address and rectify the violation. Follow up audits are conducted to ensure that any required corrective actions are implemented. Serious violations may result in the termination of our relationship with a supplier.

3. Certification
All of our suppliers receive a copy of our Standards for Supplier Conduct, which include their commitment that "[a]ll labor must be voluntary. Suppliers will not use involuntary labor of any kind, including involuntary prison labor, debt bondage, or forced labor by governments. Suppliers shall not engage in or support trafficking in human beings." Our efforts to ensure compliance are discussed in other sections of this disclosure.

4. Internal Accountability
We expect our employees to promptly report any legal or regulatory violations that they become aware of. To encourage this reporting, we have established a whistleblower system that provides our employees with a confidential process to report suspected wrongdoing.

5. Training
Members of our quality and sourcing teams attend various training programs and informal meetings relating to supply chain, which often addresses issues such as human trafficking and slavery.
