Sales tax is automatically calculated and charged/withheld as applicable for orders on personalcreations.com, based on the tax code for the delivery address.

We accept PayPal and credit and debit cards (American Express, VISA. MasterCard and Discover). We’re sorry, but we do not take cash, checks or CODs.

To order an item from our catalog, enter a catalog item number in the search box on our website and click "GO". Ordering is that simple!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we accept orders for delivery in the U.S. or Canada only. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, other international locations, or US Territory addresses.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
It’s as easy as 1,2,3. After ordering, you will receive three email confirmations from us. First, we will let you know that we have successfully received your order details (usually within a few minutes of you ordering). Secondly, we’ll let you know when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. Thirdly, you will receive a confirmation that your package was delivered. We like to keep you in the loop every step of the way.
