We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 3-10 business days, though some items may take longer. Estimated delivery dates will be presented during checkout.

We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship at an additional fee.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged shipping for each additional ship-to address.

Oversized Items

Oversized Items will incur a charge of up to $9.99 per delivery address. Oversized Items will be marked on the product detail page. The Oversized Item charge includes the Care and Handling charge (below).

Our Guarantee & Return Policy

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each item we select must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Personal Creations stands behind the quality of every product we sell.

If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please call our customer service at 1-866-834-7695 if you have a question about a return or exchange.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 180 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

Care and Handling Charge

Due to the nature of our personalized assortment, every order is subject to individual care and handling, checked for accuracy and quality, and packaged to ensure the products are protected and presentable upon arrival. A Care and Handling charge of up to $4.99 per order will be applied at checkout. Final charges for your order will be fully disclosed on the Order Confirmation page, where you will see all shipping and care and handling amounts prior to submitting payment.
