I purchased this as a wedding gift for a family member and when it came it was even better than I expected. It is a very cute platter, although I don't think I would suggest actually using it, for fear the personalization would come off...but it would make a very nice decoration. The newleyweds I gave it to LOVED IT! The only suggestion I would give is they may want to have a few more selections of "people" to choose from.

This product is a great gift and keepsake. I got it for both of my sisters for their wedding days. It is a great memory and it is original. The only thing I have to comment on is that I wish you had more of a variety of dress colors and girls hair styles. My one sisters dress color for the bridal party was teal and I had to go with the royal blue instead, I would have liked to have the exact color of the bridal party or at least something a little closer. Otherwise it is a wonderful gift.

I purchased this product for a friend's wedding shower. It's really a wonderful gift, and you will certainly not see any repeats of this. It's truly unique. The only thing I must say that kind of bothered me was that it is not hand painted, it's actually a sticker, which was a bit of a let down. By the time I was done checking out with shipping, the price nearly doubled. Don't even bother getting the gift box, it came in pretty bad condition. But honestly, Other than those two things, it's worth it. If you want to pay for hand painted, you have to go elsewhere.

I loved this product when I saw it in a catalog. I just had to have it for my wedding. It took about three weeks to receive the plate when I received it the sticker that they put onto the plate with the pictures and names was missing a big chunk of the sticker on one of my bridesmaids face and the letter on another girls was rubbed off. Also the layout of the bridal party aren't as advertised either. My flower girl is all the way in the back of the bridesmaids you can barely see her and the ring bear is in the lower left hand corner. :( My flower girl is my daugher and I guess I kind of wished she was a little closer to the bride like the advertisement had shown. I contacted personal creations and told them that I wasn't satisfied with the first plate I got they told me that they would fix it no questions asked and it was to my house the very next day.

Nice, unique personalized wedding day platter very appropriate for gift giving. My only disappointment is in the poor placement of the 2 Flower Girls and the 4 Bridesmaids on the platter. Bridesmaids 1 and 4 were placed in the front row. Flower Girl 1 was located in the back row and Flower Girl 2 was placed alone on the left side. The placement of the flower girls and ring bearer should always be near the front row as displayed in any wedding photograph. Even your sample above shows the flower girl next to the bride in the front row. I don't know how this happened but it looks odd and I'm unsure whether I will give this gift because of this.

The design on the website should be improved to provide a visualization of your layout and personalization request on-screen before the purchase is completed. It should also provide an easy way to move or switch the order of the bridal party before you finalize the purchase. When you receive the platter, it should appear exactly as was displayed on-screen when you agreed to the final purchase.

In 2009 I am planning to order another wedding party platter as it truly is adorable. However, to ensure the layout gets properly displayed, I will order via telephone and speak with a representative.

Was able to use ceramic paint pen to fix color issue. Have purchased this platter for other wedding gifts. Bride has loved it everytime.

I loved the way the platter turned out, but it would have been nice to arrange the characters in the the order in which they were in the wedding and to also have the option to add the parents onto it.
