It is of good quality especially for the price...it is very nice. bigger than I thought and the keychain part is bigger but I like that because it stands out. overall I love it.

The piece was a lot bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. Great value. However, the personalization was difficult to read - the font should've been bolder. I was hoping that the letters would have been larger. I had had a split heart keychain made of of a different material from Mexico and the letters were a lot bigger. It is also somewhat heavy and weighs down my key chain. It does get little nicks in it from hitting the other keys all the time. In the end, it was an "ok" gift I got my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I think he liked it, but I guess I had higher expectations. from having a similar product before.

I got this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day / our 1.5 year anniversary. He thought it was very unique, and would remind him of me when we were apart.

I loved the weight of the heart and the design overall.

I wish that it was more distinct that it was a broken heart. The pieces are more rounded out, rather than jagged. Also, when you touch the piece, your fingers leave smudges on it - very annoying! The personalization is difficult to see against the heart too. From farther away, you wouldn't even be able to tell it was special.

Overall however, I thought it was a great gift.

I love the product. I have wanted to buy a necklace like this for my girl but I can't see myself wearing it. Even if it falls apart in a year its worth seeing her face as she takes in the thought of it. My biggest complaint is the box. It is thin cardboard; plain white. It includes an elastic band tied in a bow. During shipment the elastic band grinded much of the white off the box making the already overpriced flimsy box an overpriced ugly box. It also came with an impossible to remove sticker across the back with an ugly screaming barcode. Save your [$] run to the store and buy a real gift box covered in black felt.Other minor complaints- not much time was taken in finishing the metal. It looks like it was cut with a saw and then it wasn't finished well and is still slightly "jagged." More time could have been taken hitting it with the brush. It doesn't matter much though for the price. You get what you pay for and the concept far exceeds the details. The engravings, as expected, aren't very deep. I wonder how hard it is to squeeze an extra 2-3 letters on each row. They obviously would make more money if they could pull it off easily.Durability is probably its weakest point. But in my opinion I think I kind of like the thought of pulling out of a box a scratchy heart with a broken chain that you can hardly read your lover's name on and you haven't seen in years. If you are together or broken up its going to make you smile- at least at first. o_O

For the price, I thought this was going to be smaller and cheaper quality - to my pleasant surprise it is larger, more heavy duty, beautifully made, and great quality. I got it for my significant other, who is 3,000 miles away, so we could each have each other's 'heart' with us at all times. I ordered on an impulse. It arrived with another product which was packaged nicely, this item however was not. One side was scratched up quite a bit. The personalization is not etched very well, the names are difficult to read and not imprinted very deeply. In a short time I can see the personalization wearing off quickly if these are attached to keys as marketed.

These are nice. However, I figured they were more brushed silver than polished. Thus, fingerprints get on them VERY easily. Also, in my opinion, they're a little big for keychains. Regardless, the girlfriend loved hers and I keep mine attached to my briefcase. Very nice peices, just a little different than I expected from the picture and description.
